TENDER DESCRIPTION

This involves the construction of a new two-court sports hall with school sports areas as well as a playground attached to an existing primary school building in Icking. This invitation to tender includes the construction of a multifunction small-sided pitch with a two-row seating stand, ball-stop fencing, wall panels (precast concrete elements), a kicking about area, playground, paths, parking spaces, a retention swale, eaves strip, and the landscaping of green areas including planting trees and shrubs. Beforehand, drainage facilities for rainwater and surface water (pipes, manholes, soakaway trenches) must be installed. The total site footprint for the outdoor areas is 3,996 m². Due to separate cost bearers, the billing will be carried out separately between LOT 01 (Municipality) and LOT 02 (District Office). The invitation to tender is divided into two lots.
