TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract performance includes the road and landscape construction works required for the external areas around the new Seminar Building I on the Campus Philosophikum. The landscape construction works are divided into two construction phases, which are assigned different building measures and cost bearers: Construction phase 1 - external facilities for Seminar Building I (BM A.0435.120513) Construction phase 2 - open space infrastructure (BM A.0435.120512) Service areas: The planned area of work for the landscape and civil engineering works comprises the external facilities of the new Seminar Building I. The individual sections are structured into the area along Alten-Steinbacher-Weg, the surroundings of Seminar Building I, and the area to the Campus square. Scope of services: The bill of quantities includes construction services and deliveries for works in civil and landscape construction as well as electronic systems/equipment, the construction of a fountain/pump well facility, and the supply of outdoor furniture.
