Service: object planning for outdoor facilities, HOAI phases 2-9 Construction scope: New construction of the arts and natural sciences building extension with approx. 2,000 m² GFA (usable net floor area), revision of the intermediate connecting roof structure with approx. 250 m² roof area, refurbishment of the laboratory building approx. 225 m² NFA (net floor area), interim solution during the construction phase 3*4, classrooms + ancillary rooms, new outdoor facilities approx. 800 m², cost ceiling: EUR 29.66 million (gross, cost group 200-600) Project execution: 1st partial construction measure: remediation of hazardous materials, demolition and creation of construction pits for the new laboratory building, erection of interim building, rerouting of utilities 2nd partial construction measure: construction of new laboratory building, revision of the intermediate connecting roof structure, refurbishment of the old laboratory building The project will be implemented using the BIM planning methodology.
