Type and expected scope of the service The subject matter of the measure is the 1st construction phase of the outdoor facilities for the construction project “Sanierung und Erweiterung der Schulen am Mönchsberg Hemau”: The extension building (mensa, classrooms) has already been constructed as a building structure. The renovation of the existing secondary school will follow later. The scope of services includes the external facilities required for use, access/ingress and fire protection of the extension building: - Demolition and earthworks, drainage including façade channel drains, access/escape routes, paved areas for delivery of the mensa, stair structures, concrete/foundation works, railings/handrails, smaller planting works, and completion of the lightwell (approx. 40 m², mostly manual work). - Not included are the break area/courtyard, the access road to the construction site, areas directly adjacent to the secondary school, and the green area opposite the gymnasium — these remain as construction logistics areas for future work. - Demolition of bound pavement layers (approx. 10 m³), demolition of stair structure made of concrete block steps (approx. 20 m), demolition of…
