TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service: object planning for outdoor facilities, HOAI phase: 2-9 Construction scope: New-build of the Arts and Natural Sciences building block with approx. 2,000 m² usable net floor area (NUF), revision of the intermediate building's roof truss with approx. 250 m² roof area, refurbishment of the laboratory building approx. 225 m² net usable floor area (NRF), interim solution during the construction phase 3*4, classrooms + ancillary rooms, creation of the exterior facilities approx. 800 m², cost upper limit: €29.66 million (gross, cost group 200-600) Project execution: 1st partial construction measure: remediation of hazardous substances, demolition and creation of construction pits for the new laboratory building, erection of interim building, relocation of services (utilities) 2nd partial construction measure: new-build of the new laboratory building, revision of the intermediate building's roof truss, refurbishment of the old laboratory building The project will be implemented using the BIM planning methodology.
