Type and expected scope of services The subject of the measure is the 1st construction phase of the outdoor facilities for the construction project “Renovation and extension of the schools at Mönchsberg Hemau”: The extension building (canteen, classrooms) has already been constructed as a building shell. The renovation of the existing secondary school will follow later. The scope of services includes the external works required for use, access and escape routes, and fire protection of the extension building: Demolition and earthworks, drainage including facade gutters, access/escape routes, paving areas for canteen deliveries, stair structures, concrete/foundation works, railings/handrails, minor planting works, as well as completion of the light courtyard (approx. 40 m2, predominantly manual work). Not included are the playground/courtyard, the access road to the construction site, areas directly adjacent to the secondary school, and the green area opposite the sports hall—these will remain as construction logistics areas for future work. - Demolition of bound road structure layers (approx. 10 m3), demolition of a stair structure made of concrete block steps (approx. 20 m),…
