Scope of Services Open Space Planning The subject of the contract award is the object planning services for open space planning, including all necessary planning, coordination, and approval services up to execution planning as well as further site supervision. The measure includes several subareas with different structural and design requirements, including viewing platform, pathway construction, infrastructure, and restroom facility. Services for performance phases 1-9 are to be commissioned. However, the commissioning of the service will take place in stages. Details can be found in the HOAI contract draft (§ 3 - Scope of Services). Further notes Preliminary work such as a landscape maintenance accompanying plan, species protection assessments, and initial coordination with the specialist authorities have already been carried out for the planning.
