TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ulm Chamber of Crafts intends to comprehensively modernize and develop its Education Academy at the location Köllestraße 55 in 89077 Ulm to be future-proof. The overall project includes the partial demolition of existing buildings, the modernization of existing buildings, as well as the construction of a new building. The goal is to create a modern educational location for vocational training and further education that meets the future requirements of the craft trades in functional, design, and economic terms. The basis for further planning is the project sketch by the architectural firm Wolf Planung, Heidenheim, which was commissioned with the building object planning services as part of a Europe-wide tendering procedure. The subject of this procurement procedure is the open space planning services according to § 39 HOAI 2021. The open spaces form an essential part of the overall concept and are intended to meet both the functional requirements of the campus and a high quality of stay and design.
