TENDER DESCRIPTION

Site landscaping planning for the new build of the Dermatology and Ophthalmology Clinic, KMT and Geriatrics at Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf, including assumption and review of the existing planning services, updating the detailed design, and performance phases 7 to 9 in accordance with § 39 HOAI. The contract includes participation in procurement, supervision of the property and construction supervision, including plant and material inspection, quantity measurement and invoice verification, acceptance, defect monitoring, completion maintenance, cost finalization and documentation, as well as property management during the limitation periods. Participation in the PLAKODA documentation is included as a special service.
