TENDER DESCRIPTION
Landscape planning for the new construction of the Department of Dermatology and the Department of Ophthalmology, KMT, and Geriatrics at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, including taking over and reviewing the existing planning services, updating the implementation planning, and the service phases 7 to 9 pursuant to § 39 HOAI. The contract includes participation in procurement, site supervision and construction supervision, including plant and material inspection, measurement for quantities and invoice review, acceptance, defect monitoring, final completion maintenance, cost determination, and documentation as well as facility management during the limitation periods. Participation in the PLAKODA documentation is included as a special service.
