TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the listed Lortzingschule, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg, The subject of this procedure are services for outdoor facilities planning (including engineering structures) for service phases 1-9. The contract is awarded in stages. In stage one, service phases 1-3 are awarded. There is no entitlement to award the respective further stage. A negotiated procedure with a participation competition is carried out in accordance with § 14 para. 3 and §17 VgV in 2 stages for services for object planning for outdoor facilities under HOAI, Part 3, Section 2, § 38 ff, which also include services for object planning for engineering structures under HOAI, Part 3, Section, § 41 ff. The building ensemble of the Lortzingschule is currently for the most part in the construction-era condition (1950s) and is subject to monument protection. The condition of the buildings results in an extensive need for renovation that cannot be implemented as part of ordinary maintenance. The aim of the renovation is to ensure the long-term preservation of the existing buildings with appropriate modernizations.
