TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project Freizeitbad GalaxSea Jena, energy-efficient renovation, facade works are to be carried out as a ventilated, rain-screen metal facade (angle standing seam) and as an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The services include the fabrication of the complete facade structure including substructure, insulation, cladding and all connection details. Key quantities: • Curtain facade (angle standing seam): approx. 239.5 m² • Thermal insulation mineral wool (200 mm): approx. 239.5 m² • Total ETICS facade: approx. 108 m² • Plinth insulation EPS: approx. 43.5 m² • Facade insulation mineral wool: approx. 64.5 m² The work is to be carried out taking into account the special requirements for construction on existing buildings, in particular confined site conditions and staged construction. The facade works are to be completed so as to be fully operational and ready for use; they are to be carried out in sections according to the construction schedule and, including all ancillary services, connection works and the required protective measures, are to be completed.
