TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project Freizeitbad GalaxSea Jena, Energy-Efficiency Refurbishment, façade works are to be carried out as a ventilated (rainscreen) metal façade (angle standing seam) as well as an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The scope of services includes the production of the complete façade structure, including subframe, insulation, cladding and all connection details. Key quantities: • Curtain façade (angle standing seam): approx. 239.5 m² • Mineral wool thermal insulation (200 mm): approx. 239.5 m² • ETICS façade total: approx. 108 m² • Plinth insulation EPS: approx. 43.5 m² • Mineral wool façade insulation: approx. 64.5 m² The work is to be carried out taking into account the special requirements for building on existing structures, in particular restricted site conditions and construction in sections. The façade works must be completed so as to be fully operational, to be carried out in sections according to the construction sequence, and, including all ancillary services, connection works and the necessary protective measures, to be completed.
