TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project Freizeitbad GalaxSea Jena, energy-efficient renovation, extensive drywall construction work is to be carried out in the existing building. The services include the installation of non-load-bearing interior walls, installation partition liners, shaft walls, pipe cladding and suspended ceilings in different areas of the basement level, ground floor and upper floor. The work is carried out mainly in damp and wet areas of the leisure pool. The drywall structures are to be executed in accordance with the requirements for moisture, fire, sound and corrosion protection. Moisture-resistant plasterboard panels suitable for damp rooms will be used, as well as cement-bonded construction boards including the required substructures, insulation, reinforcements, inspection openings and connection details. The services also include the creation of F30 and F90 structures as well as all required recesses and adaptation work.
