TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project Freizeitbad GalaxSea Jena, energy-efficient refurbishment, extensive dry construction works are to be carried out in the existing building. The services include the construction of non-loadbearing interior walls, installation subframe claddings, service duct walls, pipe cladding, and suspended ceilings in various areas of the basement, ground floor and upper floor. The work is carried out mainly in the wet and damp areas of the leisure pool. The dry construction structures are to be executed in accordance with the requirements for moisture, fire, sound and corrosion protection. Moisture-resistant plasterboard and cement-bonded building boards are to be used, including the required substructures, insulation, reinforcements, inspection openings and connection details. The services also include the construction of F30 and F90 structures as well as all necessary openings and adaptation works.
