TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project Energy-efficient refurbishment of Freizeitbad “Galaxsea” in Jena, scaffolding construction work within the existing leisure pool as well as supplementary façade scaffolding work are to be carried out. The focus of the service is the production of room and area scaffolds in the sauna and leisure/experience pool areas in order to carry out work on wall and ceiling surfaces. Due to the existing swimming and bathing pools, different room and ceiling heights, as well as existing fixtures/fittings and technical installations, the scaffolds are to be adapted to local site conditions. The room scaffolds are to be produced as fully enclosed and continuously accessible work surfaces in load class 3. Required bridging sections, cantilevers, intermediate decks, load-distributing structures as well as protective measures in the area of existing pools and structural components are part of the service. In addition, a façade scaffold as well as a scaffold staircase tower including the required access points and safety facilities are to be constructed.
