TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction project “Energy-Efficiency Refurbishment Leisure Pool ‘Galaxsea’” in Jena, scaffolding construction work is to be carried out within the existing leisure pool as well as additional façade scaffolding work. The focus of the service is the installation of room and area scaffolding in the sauna and experience pool area for carrying out work on wall and ceiling surfaces. Due to the existing swimming and bathing basins, different room and ceiling heights, and existing fixtures and technical installations, the scaffolding must be adapted to local conditions. The room scaffolds are to be provided as fully enclosed and continuously walkable working surfaces in load class 3. Necessary bridging elements, cantilevered sections, intermediate decks, load-distributing structures, and protective measures in the area of existing basins and structural components are part of the scope of work. In addition, a façade scaffold and a scaffold stair tower, including the required access points and securing/safety equipment, are to be provided.
