For the construction project GalaxSea Leisure Pool Jena, Energetic Renovation, locksmith work for steel structures in both new construction and existing buildings is to be carried out. The services include the fabrication, delivery, and installation of maintenance platforms, steel structures, stairs, railings, and grating, including all connection and ancillary work. Key services and quantities: • Steel structures for maintenance platforms: approx. 4.9 t (new construction + existing) • Steel structure Morningland: approx. 1.98 t • Gratings (total stage coverings): approx. 94 m² • Steel stairs including railings: approx. 3 pieces • Railings for maintenance platforms: approx. 29.5 m • Maintenance ladder: approx. 1 piece • Gratings for pump sumps: approx. 2 pieces The locksmith work must be fully operational including workshop planning, structural proofs, delivery, installation as well as all fastening, connection, and corrosion protection work (hot-dip galvanized). Execution is carried out in stages in new construction and existing buildings, taking into account the constructional and logistical constraints.
