TENDER DESCRIPTION

To encourage children to adopt healthier eating habits, schools can qualify for a subsidy through the Oog voor Lekkers campaign of the Flemish government to distribute a portion of fruit or vegetables as a snack to their pupils on a fixed school day once a week. The 7 Hasselt city schools participate in this project and expand the healthy snacks to 2 portions per week through the healthy food at school subsidy provided by the supporting education policy department of the city of Hasselt. This contract includes the delivery of fresh fruit and (snack) vegetables to the participating schools within the territory of the city of Hasselt.
