TENDER DESCRIPTION

Boden Municipality hereby invites suppliers to submit tenders regarding a framework agreement for the delivery of fruit and vegetables to the municipality’s operations, such as schools, preschools and care homes for the elderly. The assignment includes the delivery of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables following call-offs from the municipality’s operations. Deliveries shall be made to the delivery addresses stated in the procurement documents. For certain products, requirements for organic production apply. The supplier’s undertaking includes procurement, warehousing and delivery of the requested products. The supplier shall ensure that the delivered products are of high quality and maintain good delivery punctuality and service level throughout the term of the agreement. The municipality’s purchases of fruit and vegetables are estimated at 1,200,000 SEK per year. The stated volume is based on previous purchases and is only an estimate. The actual need may increase or decrease during the term of the agreement, and the stated volume is therefore not to be regarded as binding.
