TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement; contract for services rendered on an hourly basis for transport services, self-loading trucks for municipal asphalt paving -- The Building Directorate, Department for Civil Engineering (HA Tiefbau), Division for Road Maintenance and Operations, Municipal Asphalt Paving, works on behalf of the 5 road maintenance districts of LHM throughout the entire urban area and carries out road rehabilitation work (not paving work) using asphalt construction methods. For this purpose, in addition to the asphalt paving’s own transport services, additional transport services are required to and from their construction sites. These must be provided on an hourly basis and on call. The date and duration of the assignment are determined in advance in each case and communicated at least 1 day before the start. The transport services are to begin after the end of the frost period, as experience shows from mid-March. To be transported are (partly also on motorway sections) rubble, excavated soil of various classes, asphalt milling material (partly containing tar), milled material, low-temperature asphalt and others.
