TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the procurement of a cloud-based fleet management software (SaaS) for the central administration, control and optimization of the Thüga Group’s vehicle fleets for up to 9,000 vehicles. The software shall cover the following core functions/modules: 1. Vehicle management 2. Maintenance & service management 3. Driver & driver’s licence management 4. Pool vehicle management 5. Fuel and energy cost management 6. GPS location & telematics (optional/can be disabled) 7. Cost & contract management 8. Reporting & analysis 9. Damage & accident management 10. Workshop & warehouse integration (internal workshop planning) 11. Digital mileage logbook 12. Interfaces & integration 13. App. In addition to the software, the scope of performance includes the implementation and migration of existing data, training of users, and ongoing support and maintenance throughout the entire contract term. Thüga Aktiengesellschaft procures as the central contracting entity pursuant to § 4a SektVO in the name and on behalf of the participating affiliated companies (currently around 100 companies in the Thüga Group).
