TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the procurement of a cloud-based fleet management software (SaaS) for the central administration, control and optimization of the fleets of the Thüga Group for up to 9,000 vehicles. The software shall cover the following core functions / modules: 1. Vehicle management 2. Maintenance & service management 3. Driver & license management 4. Pool vehicle management 5. Fuel and energy cost management 6. GPS location & telematics (optional / deactivatable) 7. Cost & contract management 8. Reporting & analysis 9. Damage & accident management 10. Workshop & warehouse integration (internal workshop planning) 11. Digital logbook 12. Interfaces & integration 13. App In addition to the software, the scope of performance includes the implementation and migration of existing data, training of the users, as well as ongoing support and maintenance throughout the entire contract term.
