TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Association of Swiss City Gardeners and Gardening Offices (VSSG) awards management of its business office under an external services mandate. The business office supports the board and other bodies of the VSSG in fulfilling their duties and ensures a professional, continuous and efficient operation. The contract includes in particular professional support and representation of interests, organisational and administrative support for the board and the association’s bodies, internal and external communication, financial and accounting management, general administration, as well as the organisation and coordination of events, working groups and other committees. This includes, among other things, participation in projects and specialist matters, preparation of decision-making documents and meetings, maintaining the website and other communication channels, managing bookkeeping and member administration, and providing organisational support for events and external stakeholders. Strategic, political and statutory decisions remain with the competent bodies of the VSSG.
