TENDER DESCRIPTION

Consortium DOVA wishes, by means of this European non-open procedure, to enter into a Framework Agreement with a full-service campaign agency for the national multi-annual Imagoprogramma OV. In addition, two reserve agencies will be contracted. The Assignment concerns the further development and implementation of a multi-annual image programme aimed at strengthening the image of public transport in the Netherlands. The services include, among other things, strategic communications advisory services, campaign development, creative production, media deployment, optimisation and programme-based support. For a more detailed description of the Assignment, reference is made to the Selection Guidelines. The estimated scope of the Assignment is € 2,250,000 exclusive of VAT over the full term of the Imagoprogramma OV. The maximum total value of the Framework Agreements is € 4,500,000 exclusive of VAT.
