TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims to conclude a full-service rental agreement for one heart-lung machine with data management system and one hypothermia device, in which the contractor provides the heart-lung machine(s), provides the hypothermia devices, manages the entire equipment fleet, provides service/support, takes care of data management, and supplies and stocks the consumables. Personnel leasing is not desired. The contracting authority currently has 3 heart-lung machines from Livanova, model S5, and 3 hypothermia devices from Livanova (Heater-Cooler Livanova 3T). The contracting authority wishes the option to rent one or more (maximum 3) additional heart-lung machines and up to 3 additional hypothermia devices during the contract term in case of failure of the existing devices.
