TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority aims to conclude a full-service rental contract for a heart-lung machine with data management system and a hypothermia device, whereby the contractor provides the heart-lung machine(s), provides the hypothermia devices, manages the entire equipment fleet, provides service/support, handles data management, and supplies and stocks consumables. Personnel leasing is not desired. The contracting authority currently has 3 heart-lung machines from Livanova, model S5, and 3 hypothermia devices from Livanova (Heater-Cooler Livanova 3T). The contracting authority wishes to have the option to rent one or more (maximum 3) additional heart-lung machines and up to 3 additional hypothermia devices during the contract period in the event of failure of the existing devices.
