- Operation, support and maintenance of the entire IT system with around 79 clients (71 notebooks, 8 fat clients) and around 17 printers, hosted in an RZ in a municipality in the canton of Zurich with about 30 standard applications (and department applications). The specialist applications of NEST/Abacus/Innosolv remain hosted at OBT AG and will also continue to be supported by OBT AG. - Replacement of the clients (notebooks and fat clients) and printers in a rental model. Keyboards, mice, headsets (or receivers) in a purchase model. - Incl. BYOD access. M365 management, if applicable M2024 on-prem (however not for telephony). E3 licences according to SIK conditions. - Integration of access to industry-specific SaaS software from Abacus/Innosolv/NEST. - Overall responsibility for operation and support of all components (excluding software), system support 1st-3rd level.
