TENDER DESCRIPTION

Functional space for residents – renovation of the sidewalk in Podklucze. Renovation of the sidewalk along the municipal road No. G12 (101062E) in Podklucze. Stage III – a section with a length of 127 m (from plot no. 31, cadastral district Podklucze). The sidewalk has a surface made of concrete paving blocks. Along the pedestrian route there are also driveways to properties, which also need to be renovated. The task will also include: 1. Sorting and preparing (stacking) the dismantled concrete paving blocks for transfer to the contracting authority/investor to the place indicated. 2. Cleaning up and levelling the green areas within the sidewalk area and sowing them with grass compositions. 3. Replacing and adjusting the inspection covers/manholes of the sewage system. 4. Developing and approving the Project for Temporary Traffic Organisation in accordance with applicable regulations prior to commencing the works. 5. Keeping the access roads to the construction site in proper order and restoring to the condition prior to construction the access roads whose technical condition will deteriorate due to the movement of heavy vehicles servicing the construction.
