TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Gymnasium Türkheim (special-purpose association) awards the extension of the Joseph-Bernhart-Gymnasium Türkheim with a two-storey school building without a basement and a sports hall, using predominantly timber construction, while school operations continue, as a functional procurement (Design+Build) in accordance with § 7c EU VOB/A. The planning services have already been provided up to the design planning and approval planning stage. The subject of the total contractor award comprises planning services from the execution planning stage and the construction works. The room programme coordinated with the Regierung von Schwaben includes 18 classrooms, a common area, a library, rooms for differentiation and consultation, and a two-court sports hall (2 x 408 m²) with ancillary rooms. Areas according to DIN 277: gross floor area (BGF) approx. 4,029 m², gross building volume (BRI) approx. 20,424 m³, net usable area (NRF) approx. 3,583 m², including net useful area (NUF) 1 to 6 approx. 2,653 m².
