TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of a training and aerobatic aircraft, having the following main characteristics: - 2 seats, adjacent pilot positions, nose wheel landing gear - single-engine equipped with an engine of at least 200 horsepower using AVGAS 100LL fuel - with EASA type certificate; - maximum TSN 3000 hours. - the aircraft must be configured for training and basic aerobatic missions. It must be able to perform at least the following aerobatic figures: looping, roll, stall turn, spin; The product, ready to fly, will be delivered to an Aerodrome of the Aeroclub of Romania, designated by the contracting authority, at the expense of the supplier, no later than 30.11.2026. The acceptance of the product will be carried out at one of the Territorial Aeroclubs subordinated to the Aeroclub of Romania, which will be subsequently indicated by the Purchaser. The contracting authority will pay the contract price within a maximum of 15 calendar days, but no later than the last banking day of 2026, from the date of receipt of the invoice accompanied by the acceptance of the aircraft without objections.
