TENDER DESCRIPTION

The National Forest Administration – Romsilva intends to purchase utility vehicles with tipper (category N1, pick-up type, 4x4 drivetrain), required for carrying out specific field activities, transporting personnel and specific materials related to the forestry sector, as well as for intensifying guarding and monitoring activities of the forest fund, within the structures administered by the National Forest Administration – Romsilva, at the level of the forest directorates and subordinate forest offices, by concluding a supply contract with a duration of 12 months (120 days from the date of placing the order). Quantity: 50 units of utility vehicles with tipper with a minimum warranty duration of 36 months or at least 100,000 km. The contracting authority may exercise, before the expiry of the initial duration of 12 months and within the limit of the approved funds, the option to purchase up to 5 additional utility vehicles, at the same unit prices in euro and under the same technical and warranty conditions as for the initial quantity.
