TENDER DESCRIPTION

The National Forest Administration – Romsilva intends to purchase utility vehicles with dump beds (category N1, pick-up type, 4x4 traction), necessary for carrying out specific field activities, transporting personnel and materials specific to the forestry field, as well as for intensifying guarding and monitoring actions for the forest fund, in the structures managed by the National Forest Administration – Romsilva, at the level of the forestry directorates and the subordinated forestry districts, by concluding a supply contract with a duration of 12 months (120 days from the date the order is placed). Quantity: 50 units of utility vehicles with a dump bed with a minimum warranty duration of 36 months or a minimum of 100,000 km. The contracting authority may exercise, before the expiry of the initial 12-month duration and within the limits of the approved funds, the option to purchase up to 5 additional utility vehicles, at the same unit prices in euro and under the same technical and warranty conditions as for the initial quantity.
