The general objective of the lighting equipment procurement is to enable the contracting authority SERVICII PUBLICE AGREMENT ȘI SALUBRITATE SPAS SRL to carry out the works related to the project "Modernization of street public lighting in Sânmartin commune, Bihor county – phase II," in order to obtain a modern, energy-efficient and sustainable public lighting system. The supply of lighting fixtures and the remote management system directly contributes to the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing public lighting system to ensure its compliance with applicable national and European standards. The public procurement contract for products has a significant impact on improving the performance of the public lighting system by enhancing photometric parameters, increasing energy efficiency, reducing electricity consumption, and lowering operating and maintenance costs. Also, the implementation of the planned technical solutions contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, increasing road and pedestrian safety, as well as improving the visual comfort of users.
