TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to achieve the general and specific objectives described in the specifications, the contracting authority requests the supply of medical equipment for patient care, mobilization, transfer and transport, purchased under a single lot, by concluding a framework agreement. The products have a common intended use and are complementary in supporting the successive stages of patient care within the Bucharest Clinical Emergency Hospital. The requested equipment must ensure the necessary support for the coordinated performance of care activities and bed positioning, examination, assisted mobilization, transfer and transport within the hospital. By using them, the aim is to maintain the patient’s safety and comfort throughout the entire clinical course, as well as to facilitate the handling operations carried out by medical and support staff. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and for the subsequent contracts, as well as the minimum technical and functional characteristics, delivery configurations and the accessories requested for each product are set out in the specifications, Chapter 3, Subchapter 3.3, point 3.3.1.
