TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this procedure, it is intended to purchase disinfectants with the minimum technical specifications from Annex No. 1 and in the quantities provided in Annex No. 2 to the Specification Document (Caietul de sarcini), based on a framework agreement concluded with multiple economic operators (bidders ranked in the first 3 places, for each lot in particular), without restarting the competition. If the number of participating economic operators that submitted acceptable bids for a lot is less than 3, the framework agreement will be concluded with all those who submitted acceptable bids. Where two or more bids have the same value of the financial proposal and are ranked in the same place, the contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with all economic operators ranked in the places corresponding to the maximum number (3) established, after the re-bidding stage. The method for concluding the subsequent contracts will be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3 – 3.1.6. of the framework agreement.
