TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for the supply of equipment forming part of police uniforms, namely Leather shoes, winter/summer, for men/women. Estimates of minimum and maximum quantities/lot that could be requested during the entire framework agreement: minimum quantity 1,000 pairs / maximum quantity 20,000 pairs. Estimates of minimum and maximum quantities/lot that could be requested in a subsequent contract: minimum quantity 5 pairs / maximum quantity 7,500 pairs. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract/lot that is anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 2,045,400 lei. Indicative schedule (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): monthly/quarterly/semi-annual depending on objective needs. The dates proposed in the indicative schedule represent the intention of the contracting authority, and not a firm commitment by the contracting authority regarding the award of subsequent contracts, based on the working assumption that no events/circumstances unforeseeable at the time the award procedure is initiated will occur and that the necessary financial resources will be ensured.
