TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of 8 active network equipment units – network switches with accessories (including 8 uninterruptible power supply units (UPS)), together with the related services of delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning and the manufacturer’s licensed support during the warranty period. The system is intended to ensure high-speed connectivity in the network infrastructure of the Senate of Romania, to interconnect IT equipment in the data center and local networks, to optimize and manage data traffic between servers, storage equipment and workstations. The equipment offered must be new, unused, in current production (not EOL) as of the tender date, supplied through the official channel in Romania, designed and manufactured for continuous operation (24/7), in an Enterprise-type environment.
