TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract's subject consists of the acquisition of a Long Reach amphibious Excavator, including transport, delivery, commissioning, staff training, and warranty provision. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submitting bids. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for bid submission. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the contracting authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline.
