TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this procedure, the purchase of protective materials for sacks and boxes is intended, divided into 16 lots, with the minimum technical specifications in Annex No. 1 to the Specifications and in the quantities provided in Annex No. 2 to the Specifications, based on a framework agreement concluded with several economic operators (tenderers ranked in the first 3 places, for each lot in particular), without re-opening competition. If the number of participating economic operators that have submitted admissible tenders for a lot is less than 3, the framework agreement shall be concluded with all those who have submitted admissible tenders. Where two or more tenders have the same value of the financial proposal and are ranked in the same place, the contracting authority shall conclude the framework agreement with all economic operators ranked in the places corresponding to the maximum number (3) established, after the re-tendering stage. The method for concluding the Subsequent Contracts shall be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3. – 3.1.6. of the framework agreement.
