TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this procedure, it is intended to purchase various medicines and medicines specific to the oncology department, in accordance with the requirements and in the quantities set out in Annex no. 1 to the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini), based on a framework agreement concluded with several economic operators (bidders ranked in the top 3 places, for each lot in question) without reopening competition.
