TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of this procedure, the procurement of various medicines and medicines specific to the oncology department is intended, in accordance with the requirements and in the quantities set out in Annex no. 1 to the Specifications, under a framework agreement concluded with several economic operators (tenderers ranked in the top 3 positions, for each lot in particular) without reopening competition. The method for concluding subsequent contracts shall be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3 – 3.1.6 of the framework agreement.
