Free provision of apples for preschool children in kindergartens with a normal 4-hour programme operated by the State, for pupils in primary and lower secondary education operated by the State, as well as for preschool children and pupils included in special education in Bistrița-Năsăud County in the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, in accordance with Government Decision no. 652/2023 regarding the approval of the School Programme for Romania for the period 2023 - 2029, as well as for setting the budget for its implementation in the 2023 - 2024 school year, with subsequent amendments and additions.
