TENDER DESCRIPTION

Civil protection is a component of the national security system; it is permanent in nature and is based on the fulfilment of the obligations incumbent on, pursuant to Law no. 481/2004, republished, the authorities of the central and local public administration, the other Romanian legal persons governed by public and private law, as well as natural persons. Through the proposed investment, it is intended to comply with the legislation in force which provides for the development of notification-alarm systems, in accordance with the provisions of the audibility study. This system is part of the integrated national notification and alarm system, which aims to include the subsystems distributed across the national territory, within an integrated system, in order to apply uniformly the specific legal plans and procedures, thereby eliminating the parallelisms and communication malfunctions that arise within a set of independently operating systems, in accordance with Article 5 of O.M.A.I. no. 886/2005 for the approval of the Technical Norms regarding the integrated national notification, warning and alarm system for the population.
