TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of tomatoes (November–April). Estimated quantities of product: framework agreement: minimum 1,990 kg, maximum 26,041 kg; subsequent contract: minimum 1,990 kg, maximum 11,940 kg. Indicative calendar (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): The subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually or whenever needed, depending on the existence of financial resources allocated for this purpose and the needs of the units in support services. The dates proposed in the indicative calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, not a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority/entity regarding the award of the subsequent contracts, based on the working assumption that no events/unforeseeable circumstances will occur that could not be taken into consideration at the time of initiating the award procedure; and that the necessary financial resources will be ensured.
