TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this procedure, the procurement of laboratory reagents is intended, divided into 2 lots, with the minimum technical specifications in Annex no. 1 to the Specifications and in the quantities provided in Annex no. 2 to the Specifications, on the basis of framework agreements concluded with the economic operators ranked first, for each lot in its own right. The method of concluding Subsequent Contracts shall be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3. – 3.1.4. of the Framework Agreement. The estimated value of the largest Subsequent Contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is set out in point II.2.6 of the Procurement Data Sheet. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could form the subject of a single Subsequent Contract, among those that will be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: in accordance with Annex 2 to the Specifications.
