TENDER DESCRIPTION

Free provision for pre-school children from authorized/accredited state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour schedule and for students in primary and lower secondary state education of bakery products within the limit of a daily value/pre-school child/student. The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, their transport, distribution and storage costs, as applicable. The framework agreement will include 1 subsequent contract per school year for Lot 1: Bakery products and 3 subsequent contracts over the entire 3-year framework agreement period. The estimated calendar does not constitute a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement period: minimum quantity = 37,250,200 units and maximum quantity = 40,974,919 units. Framework agreement: Minimum value: 24,457,621.70 lei; Maximum value: 26,903,179.22 lei.
