TENDER DESCRIPTION

Free provision for preschool children in state kindergartens with a normal schedule of 4 hours, authorised/accredited, and for students in state primary and lower secondary education of bakery products, within the limit of a daily value/preschool child/student. The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, the transport, distribution and storage costs thereof, as applicable. The framework agreement will include 1 subsequent contract per school year for Lot 1: Bakery products and 3 subsequent contracts over the entire period of the 3-year framework agreement. The estimated calendar does not constitute a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement: minimum quantity = 37,250,200 pcs and maximum quantity = 40,974,919 pcs. Framework agreement: Minimum value: 24,457,621.70 lei; Maximum value: 26,903,179.22 lei.
