TENDER DESCRIPTION

Requested number of passenger cars: 8 plug-in hybrid passenger cars under the “Programme for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in transport, by promoting non-polluting and energy-efficient road transport vehicles, 2025-2030”. General requirements 1) Eligible expense categories in accordance with the AFM Financing Guide Expenses proposed to be incurred by purchasing passenger cars that have a plug-in hybrid propulsion system are considered eligible: a) which have never been registered; b) generate less than 80 g CO_2/km in the WLTP system. 2) The passenger cars must be new, production year 2026; 3) The supplied passenger cars will be accompanied by the following documents, in the Romanian language, necessary to ensure optimal conditions in the activity of the personnel of the contracting authority: a) provisional circulation authorization and provisional number plates and RCA insurance with a validity period of at least 30 days; b) warranty certificate, service booklet; c) the passenger car user manual.
