TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award procedure is the supply, installation and operationalization of 23 above-ground digitalized ecological islands. Each eco-island will be composed of a variable number of individual modules, established for each site according to Annex no. 2, each module including a mobile container with a nominal capacity of 1,100 liters. The total quantity is 92 modules, distributed as follows: a) 12 modules for biodegradable waste – 1.1 m³/module; b) 48 modules for residual waste – 1.1 m³/module; c) 15 modules for plastic and metal – 1.1 m³/module; d) 17 modules for paper and cardboard – 1.1 m³/module. Each eco-island will be equipped with a digital component consisting of the hardware ensemble and software solution described in this specification document. The contractor will supply and program access cards in the quantity and according to the allocation rule provided in Annex no. 1, including the reserve stock established therein. Annex no. 1 will indicate, for each eco-island, the number of cards as well as the blocks, staircases and apartments to be assigned.
